MODULE 13 - SELLING SKILLS
This module covers selling benefits and features, how to get the message across, spotting buying signals, how to close a sale, selling tools and asking for referrals. The module includes role-play and delegate feedback sessions.
MODULE 14 - FINANCE FOR NON-FINANCIAL PEOPLE
What is effective delegation? Symptoms of under-delegating, employee obstacles, giving feedback are just some of the topics discussed along with proven empowerment exercises.
MODULE 15 - INDUCTION AND APPRAISAL SKILLS
This important, but often overlooked skill set, can be simply improved with our coaching here. Particularly relevant to IIP initiatives our programme covering two half-day sessions will allow the attendee to understand the principles involved and put them effectively into practice.
MODULE 16 – BUSINESS PLANNING
Formal business planning is a process rarely undertaken and is a skill / discipline, which if properly introduced can significantly improve business profitability. This Module examines how to go about business planning and looks at the problems, which are often encountered during the implementation stage.
MODULE 17 – DIGNITY AT WORK
With increasing employment legislation dignity at work is becoming an important topic. This Module examines Management’s Style with regards to its effect on employees and subordinates with a view to eliminating conflict and pressure, which may result from inappropriate styles.
MODULE 18 – MODEL OF EXCELLENCE
Here we offer a range of training programmes to support the effective application of the Model of Excellence. As a training organisation, we are licensed to use official British Quality Foundation training materials including Assessor Training programmes.
The final module of any series of sessions will include production of action plans and a course review. Comprehensive course notes will be provided and supplied in hard backed binders.
Modules can be run either on site or off site, morning or afternoon and include breaks for lunch and refreshments.
